Balakan Foods was founded in 2017 on the basis of the Balakan cannery, one of the most experienced, advanced enterprises for processing fruits and vegetables in Azerbaijan, put into exploitation in 1964. Taking as a basis the principle - Healthy food - a guarantee of health and for preserving useful vitamins, enzymes, minerals and natural taste, we dry fruits using special technology COLD DRY - drying at low temperatures. This technology allows us not to use harmful chemicals in the drying process.
