Karba Automotive Inc. was established in 1994 for supply of vehicle mounted superstructures to the public and private sectors. Our major product range comprises firefighting and rescue vehicles, environmental cleaning vehicles, water and sewer system vehicles, hydraulic platform vehicles, load carrying vehicles and special purpose vehicles. Karba has two production facilities in Ankara, one in the 1st Industrial Zone with area of 36.000 m² and the other in the 2nd Industrial Zone in with area of 40.000 m². The production operations take place in a total of 76.000 m². Our facilities manufacture 1.200-1.400 superstructure mounted vehicles annually with 240 well-skilled, experienced and professional employees. Karba has acquired authorized bodybuilder certificates from worldwide chassis manufacturers and providers customers with high quality products. These authorizations are from FORD OTOSAN A.Ş., BMC OTOMOTİV SAN.A.Ş., MERCEDES-BENZ TÜRK A.Ş., M.A.N. KAMYON VE OTOBÜS A.Ş., IVECO A.Ş., TEMSA OTOMOTİV A.Ş., OTOKAR A.Ş., ANADOLU ISUZU A.Ş., SCANIA, and RENAULT TRUCK. Karba manufactures in line with EN Norms and continues its manufacturing with an understanding of sustainable quality. Karba spares a 3% share annually on R&D and innovation. Karba is in the process of setting up its own R&D center.
Aerial Ladder Firefighting Vehicles - Standard models rescue heights are 12, 18, 20, 24, 28 and 32 meters. Telescopic Boom Firefighting Vehicles - These vehicles are designed for long and dense industrial firefighting purposes. Firefighting Vehicles - All urban firefighting vehicles having purpose of the intervention lie within this category. Forest Firefighting Vehicles - These vehicles are designed for firefighting intervention in forests, bushes and hard to reach terrains.

Garbage trucks - Vehicles developed according to the requirements of modern urbanization. Tipper Trucks - Vehicles developed for the purpose of transport of construction, excavation etc. wastes. Skip Loaders - These vehicles are used for transport and emptying of containers located in industrial areas, residential areas, construction sites and other garbage disposing areas.
Firefighting Pump - Karba pumps have both normal and high pressure types. The pump body and diffusor are made of light alloy material resistant to sea water and the pump shaft is made of stainless steel. Pump leak-tightness is provided by a mechanical seal so frequent maintenance is not required. The pump has a reducer coupled to increase the RPM and is equipped with an automatic operated vacuum system. The pump is equipped with a foam proportioning system which can be adjustable between ratios of 3%-6%. The system also facilitates suction of foam from external sources. Water Tankers - Equipment used in transport of drinking and utility water. Hydraulic Platforms - This equipment is designed for use in operations such as high level electricity lines and lighting poles. Depending on the area of use, these platforms are manufactured with various loading capacities and lengths. Trailers - The superstructure which is mounted to the rigid chassis-vehicle able to carry up-to the 20 tons vehicle, construction equipment and loads etc. Crane Vehicles - Hydraulic cranes are designed to easily transport the loads to a site, use with different types of load and cargo with little or no setup or assembly. Road Sweepers - Vacuum road sweeping vehicles are cleaners equipped with the necessary equipment to clean streets and roads with the broom and vacuum methodology. Ambulances - The production of ambulances, emergency and human rescue vehicles is designed in accordance with the modern equipment requirements.
