Avrasya Beton was established in September 2023 with 1 power plant. As of today, it continues to produce quality concrete with the goal of zero error, with 6 power plants, 40 mixers, 5 pumps and 185 employees in 3 different cities in Uzbekistan. We have a total laboratory team of 12 people, with our experienced laboratory team from Turkey and our local and successful engineers employed in Uzbekistan. This team checks all incoming agricultural and cement products and ensures that the mixers are produced in high quality. First of all, Uzbekistan is a geography with a hot climate, and as a concrete producing company, we use innovative technologies in all processes from concrete production to transportation, casting and delivery, and we closely follow sectoral developments every day. Avrasya Beton adopts being a pioneer in its field, innovative, high quality and fast as its business motto. We would also like to add that we are very proud to produce ready-mixed concrete in the largest projects of Uzbekistan and to be a part of these projects. We continue to pour concrete at many construction sites of different sizes and sizes in the city and outside the city.

With the knowledge gained from construction sites and experienced technical staff, for over 40 years; in Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, with over 5,000,000 m² of work completed with reinforced concrete and fine manufacturing items in complex superstructure works such as residences, hotels, business centers, shopping malls, hospitals, congress centers, we currently provide contracting services with our own teams and equipment in more than 17 construction sites. Within its current structure, with project managers, site managers and foremen who are experts in their fields with at least 15 years of experience; approximately 50,000 m2 of formwork material, tower cranes, fixed concrete pumps, hydraulic and spider concrete distributors and container construction works; we continue our work actively with a fine works team with all kinds of mechanical equipment and a workforce of approximately 3,000 people.

Koçbir Gıda company was established in Bilecik in 2017 and has managed to become one of the leaders of the sector in the field of poultry farming and small cattle farming in a short time. Daily breeding egg production is over 250 thousand, and we have one farm in Eskişehir and the other two in Bilecik. In our company, where we focus on poultry farming and hatching egg farming, we aim to be one of the largest breeding egg producing companies in Turkey. In addition, our breeding coops are equipped with automatic nests and computer services. Tat Cathering was established in 2018 and provides hot meal organizations and catering services. It provides 24/7 service with its menus updated every month and its daily 5000-person staff meal capacity. Tat Catering, which set out with the mission of distributing hygienic, clean and delicious meals, continues to be the reason for preference with its familiarity with the cuisines of different cultures and its prioritization of taste. Tat Catering produces meals daily under the highest hygiene conditions with its experienced, competent and professional production and distribution team of 150 people in 1500 square meter closed kitchens and protects the daily fresh consumption chain with a maximum storage condition of 48 hours. It distributes and serves the meals prepared in stainless steel containers or Thermo-boxes with its own vehicles. Our Tat Cathering company, which attaches importance to the freshness of its meals as well as its most important principle being hygiene, also attaches importance to the first-class quality of the products we choose and to their storage with the first-in, first-out system. Our company, which provides restaurant quality home-cooked meals, has continued to improve itself and diversify its services in the 5 years between 2018-2023.

Piramit Global, which was established to demonstrate its real estate development and investment activities under the roof of Koç Construction, is undertaking a symbolic project in Tashkent and Uzbekistan with its first investment, the Piramit Tower project. The Tower section of the project, which will be delivered first in 2024, has attracted significant interest from both local and foreign real estate investors since the day it was first put on sale, and has achieved significant sales success by becoming a brand in a very short time. The MALL block, which is the most dynamic part of the Piramit project, will be delivered in 2025 and put into the service of the people of Tashkent.
