MECER Company was founded by Muhammet Kadir SEFOLAR, computer science engineer, in 1985, first in France, then in China and Turkey. Recently, it has been decided to expand the business further by partnering with Doctor ALper Yildirim, a valuable businessman and Electronic Telecommunications Engineer from the Balkan countries. MECER company produced the first PC Computers in Europe, the first Digital Cameras, the first DVD players, and finally added Electric Bicycles to its production catalog in 2006. Recently, MECER has decided to direct its development strategy more towards electric bicycles. We are producing in our own factories, located in France, China and Kosovo. Thanks to our new cooperation, MECER has been opened to all Balkan countries Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia and Kosovo, For many years, MECER has supplied goods to the most prominent distribution companies such as Decathlon, Carrefour, Teknosa, Bimeks, Darty, Auchan, Migros, FNAC, LECLERC, INTERMARCHE, etc. As OEM-ODM, MECER has produced various Electronic products according to the demands of many famous brands. MECER is open to providing distributorship to countries that request new products.
