Based in Istanbul, OPTIMAL today with 8 offices throughout Turkey (Istanbul Asia, Istanbul Europe, Ankara, Konya, Antalya, Kahramanmaraş, Sakarya, Düzce) and 3 offices abroad (London, Frankfurt, Riyadh) manages various projects having a size of almost 12.000.000 m2 built-up area in more than 20 locations across the region with more than 500 engineers and architects with an average annual turnover of approx. 13.000.000 Euro for the last three years. OPTIMAL serves as the Main Consultant of Public Sector Projects, in this context, Optimal manages all design, construction management and Consultancy activities of School, Hospital, Public Buildings, Infrastructure, Waste Water Treatment, Energy, Road and Rail Transportation Systems projects funded by the International Financial Institutions (IFI s) such as, WB, IBRD, EBRD, EIB, CEB, EuropeAid, KfW, AFD, etc. In the Private Sector, OPTIMAL, has completed the design and construction management on behalf of the Employer, focuses on Technological and Industrial structures over 2 million square meters. ASELSANKONYA Weapon Factory, ABDİ İBRAHİM Pharmaceutical Factories, CENTURION Pharmaceutical Factory, MARMARA UNIVERSITY Dragos Campus, ANADOLU AJANSI Istanbul Headquarters Building, MAXICELLS Plasma Fractionation Facility, TRUMP TOWERS Mecidiyekoy and BALPARMAK Facilities are a few of these projects.
