Ekobord fibercement boards stand out with their different usage areas. These boards, which are mainly preferred on the exterior facades and decorative interior walls of buildings, on the ceiling and floor of containers, on the walls of prefabricated buildings and suspended ceilings, ensure the longevity of the buildings thanks to their durable structure and high insulation. These boards with distinct and varied textures; Class A1 stands out with its non-flammability, high strength, energy saving, long life and easy assembly.

A prefabricated panel building system is a system in which all components are produced in the factory in advance and assembled on the concrete floor on-site. 80% is produced in the factory, leaving 20% for on-site assembly. It has the capability to be disassembled, transported, and reassembled. Prefabricated buildings, commonly chosen for applications such as dining halls, dormitories, and management offices in the worksite mobilization of construction projects, can be designed as single-storey or multi-storey. They are versatile and can also be utilized for purposes such as schools, affordable housing, social facilities, and clinics. We manufacture prefabricated buildings, leveraging the advantages derived from the technology and designs developed through our R&D and P&D studies. This enables us to meet our customers demands more economically, with enhanced quality and increased speed. All the walls in our prefabricated buildings are constructed using a modular system of four different panels: solid panel, panel with window, panel with transom, and panel with door. It can be implemented in various projects with widths that are multiples of 1.25 meters.

The lightweight steel building system is a permanent, durable, flexible, and robust industrial building system. The architectural and engineering solutions are entirely unique, and the majority of them are produced in a controlled manner in the factory. Wall, roof, and insulation values are custom-calculated to match the climate of the region. The advantages provided by the lightweight steel building system have facilitated its rapid spread and adoption across a diverse range of usage areas worldwide. Awareness of steel buildings is growing steadily day by day in our country. We first introduced the lightweight steel building system to Turkey in 2000. Since then, the system has gained acceptance from both public and private institutions as well as individual users. In 2008, we compiled a 350-page special Architectural Detail book specifically for steel building systems. This book encompasses all details, including roofs, walls, and mezzanine floors, providing various material alternatives tailored to the specific requirements of four different climate zones in our country. This guidebook is continuously updated to assist and guide architects, engineers, and practitioners. It facilitates the monitoring and control of production processes. This approach allows for the resolution of all details at the project stage, eliminating uncertainties and minimizing the margin of error during implementation. This ensures the correct execution of the project in the field. This system is used for the construction of houses up to three floors in accordance with the earthquake regulations of 2018. Multi-storey buildings such as schools and hospitals can be built with the mixed system where lightweight steel and structural steel systems are used together. The awareness of lightweight steel construction in Turkey experienced a significant boost, particularly following the earthquakes in 2020. At the request of TOKİ, a steel construction specification was developed through collaboration with representatives from the sector. We played a crucial role in the development of this specification, leveraging our industry experience and expertise in steel construction.

In buildings where lightweight steel and structural steel are synergistically employed, leveraging our specialty, the limitations in lightweight steel specifications and the constructive detailing issues in structural steel are effectively eliminated. In buildings constructed with the mixed system, pioneered by us in Turkey, the constructive benefits of lightweight steel are harmonized with the high load-bearing capacity of structural steel. This results in a building that is not only more economical but also provides advantages in architectural details. Being prefabricated, these building systems enable meticulous control over every stage of the construction process. The production projects created in the project office are digitally transferred to the production line. The project office monitors every stage of the production process online along the assembly lines. The static, mechanical, electrical, and architectural phases are seamlessly integrated, effectively preventing potential problems on the worksite. This minimizes errors on the worksite. With the mixed system, we construct large-scale and custom-designed buildings that are not only more aesthetically pleasing but also more resilient to earthquakes. With this system, it becomes feasible to construct multi-purpose buildings, including hospitals, schools, and social facilities, which demand both substantial span and architectural detailing. As the steel plates are produced from galvanized steel, the construction does not necessitate painting. Additionally, with a fully bolted and screwed system, welding is not required.
