The company also operates actively in international markets, predominantly under its Legurme brand. Yayla Agro Gıda offers a diverse range of products categorized as follows Cook & Eat, which includes traditional rice and legumes, as well as bulgur, rice, and soup mixes enriched with seasonal dried vegetables and superfoods like chia, quinoa, and flaxseed; Open & Use, featuring pre-cooked legume varieties; Open & Eat, with ready-to-eat meals such as pilaki, ready salads, olive oil-based dishes, and traditional Turkish dessert compotes; and Heat & Eat, offering soups, pilafs, pasta, and meat dishes. In Turkey, the company markets its products under the Yayla, A la Çiftçi, İri DANEM, and Yunus brands, while the Legurme brand represents its diverse product line globally. The Legurme brand features classic rice and legumes, gourmet products (such as chia, quinoa, flaxseed, and amaranth), pre-cooked legumes, and practical, preservative-free, ready-to-eat products that are enjoyed across 65 countries, primarily in Europe. Since 2020, Legurme has been supported by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade s Turquality Brand Support Program. Building on its advanced facilities in Ankara and Mersin, Yayla Agro Gıda is nearing completion of its third factory in the Niğde Organized Industrial Zone, with a 134,000 square meter closed area. This new facility, set to commence operations in 2025, will focus on plant-based functional foods and high-value-added products. Yayla aims to develop healthier and more innovative products by closely following global food trends. The Niğde factory will produce plant-based protein snacks, enriched legumes and rice varieties, bone broth, sauces, vegan meatballs, baby food, and freeze-dried products, strengthening the company s position in both domestic and international markets.
